Services Offered by Rogness Contracting Services

As a Construction Manager, Rogness Contracting Services works directly with the Owners, Architects, and Engineers to assemble a team dedicated to the project. Our services include, but not limited to, the following items:

• Preconstruction Phase
  • Work directly with the Architect and Owner to discuss such matters as procedures, progress, coordination and scheduling of the Work
  • Prepare preliminary cost estimates as needed
  • Develop bidders’ interest in the project
  • Bid out project to subcontractors
  • Prepare Final Estimate of Probable Cost for Owners review
  • Prepare construction schedule for Owners review
• Construction Phase
  • Enter into contract with low/qualified bidders for work
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors according to construction schedule
  • Assist A/E in review of shop drawings
  • Conduct site meetings as needed and/or required by Owner
  • Process Applications for Payment by subcontractors
  • Assist Owner with any FF&E items
  • Conduct final punch list with Owner for final project turn-over
• Project Closeout
  • Provide Owner with Certificate of Occupancy
  • Assist in Owner training and providing Operational Manuals for equipment within the project
